What we do
From the street to a safe home. Every cat is handled one by one.
Rescue from the street
Sick, injured and abandoned cats are taken in the same day, often as kittens far too young to be without a mother.
Full veterinary care
Every cat sees a vet — a health check, vaccinations, deworming, and whatever else is found. This is where most of the money goes.
Neutering and spaying
Adults are sterilised before they are released or rehomed. €38 for a female, €28 for a male.
Adoption, and the flight
Matched with an adopter — and when that adopter lives abroad, the kitten is flown over personally, accompanied, with all its travel documents in order.

Where it started
The first cat we sterilised
As we moved into a new neighbourhood we noticed this mommy with 5 kittens. We didn’t even know how we could help, so we thought “oh that’s cute, a mommy cat in town.” But the next day only 2 kittens were left, and we thought the other 3 might have been hiding. Until the next day only 1 was left, and we started searching for the other 4 which we never found.
We thought: “okay, we have to do something to help her.” We started feeding her, gaining her trust and kept searching for the kittens. Then her last kitten didn’t show up anymore either. Our neighbours told us the litters were the result of many pregnancies over a couple of years, and her losing kittens all the time.
We decided it was enough. We trapped her, had her sterilised and released her, in the hope of a kitten still finding its way back to her. The kittens never came, but she did. We still feed this mommy every day at our own house while our house cats gently watch her.
She was the inspiration for starting our cat shelter and we are just happy she comes by every day for food and water.
